The purpose of the Delaware Regional Dream Center is to offer community outreach to individuals by coordinating services and referrals that meet life’s basic needs. This will be achieved by providing direct support to individuals through activities such as, but not limited to, Community Outreach, Hunger Relief, and Community Restoration.

The Community of Hope Food Relief Project seeks to improve how we identify community members facing food insecurity by enhancing communication and building trust.
